Ready To Show What You Got?

Hı guys! I'm coming up with a very important post for me this time. I've never had an experience like that before. Because of that I'm a little excited :) Here's the deal. Hürriyet Bumerang organized another event as they do every month and this time they collaborated with Nueve Collection. Which's been quite good! We've been picked out of a lot of fashion lovers and went there to show what's going through our heads.  We were a little bit misfortuned because power was cut when we got there. But was that a obstacle for us? Ofcourse not. First we got to have little conversation with the designer Nueve Collection - Ruşen Denizlili and we had a little trip between ateliers to see what's the process in this business. Second we got back to main room to get the infos about the event. After the infos even has started. My theme was 'Alienesque lady in the oscars'. I thought it would look fun but then I realized that nothing can look bad on my very close friend and my model Tansu and took the advantage of it. I combined a snow white, chest cleavaged dress and white eyeliner together. To be honest it was glowing! White eyeliner was artsy enough so I didn't use any accessories. I told the hairstylist to slick her hair back so it'd would be elevant with my theme. The winning process.. It's all up to you now guys! Because the winner is going to be picked by it's likes. Now I say thank you and Click Click!  :)

Merhaba arkadaşlar! Benim için çok ama çok önemli bir post ile karşınızdayım bu sefer. Daha önce böyle bir deneyimim hiç olmamıştı. O yüzden fazlasıyla heyecanlıyım. :) Olayımız şu. Hürriyet Bumerang her ay olduğu gibi bu ay da bir etkinlik düzenledi ve bu sefer Nueve Collection ile iş birliği yaptı. Çokta iyi oldu! Birçok moda sevdalısının arasından seçilen 5 kişi olarak aklımızda, hayalimizde ne varsa modelimize aktarmak için oraya gittik. Bizi küçük bir talihsizlik karşıladı çünkü elektrikler yoktu. Fakat bu bize bir engel mi? Tabii ki de değil. İlk başta Nueve tasarımlarının sahibi Ruşen Denizlili ile küçük bir sohbet sonrası atölyeyi gezme, ve tasarımların aşamalarını öğrenme fırsatımız oldu. Sonra ise etkinlik hakkında bilgilendirilmek için asıl alana geçtik. Kısa bir bilgilendirilme sürecinin ardından etkinlik başladı. Benim aklımda 'Oscara giden uzaylı' gibi garip bir tema oluştu. Komik duracağını düşünüyordum fakat dostum ve modelim Tansu'nun üzerine ne giyse gerçekten harika durduğunu farkedince bunun avantajlarından yararlanayım dedim. Beyaz, göğüs dekolteli bir elbise ile beyaz eyeliner'ı kombinledim. Tabiri caizse parlıyordu. Beyaz eyeliner yeterince iddialı bir olay olduğundan hiç takı kullanmaya gerek duymadım. Saçları ise kafamdaki temaya yakışır bir şekilde ıslatılıp geriye taranması şeklinde karar kıldım. Kazananı belirlemeye gelirsek, bu konuda söz size düşüyor arkadaşlar. Çünkü kazanan facebook'ta yayınlanan fotoğrafın aldığı beğeni sayısına göre belirlenecek. O yüzden ben size şimdiden teşekkürler ve klik klik! diyorum! :)

Brown Sugar Feeling

I'm supposing that my 'A sunny and awesome weekend' wish in my last post became true. A sweet weather accompanied us for two days. Even though it blows, did not make us feel cold. Therefore just a sweater was enough on top. I always love the tones called earth tones and I can say I  lived my 'Earth Tone Love' until I'm satisfied. Hope you like it :)

En son postumda dilediğim 'Güneşli ve güzel bir haftasonu' dileğim kısmen kabul olduğunu varsayıyorum arkadaşlar. Hakikaten tatlı bir hava bize eşlik etti iki gün boyunca. Esse bile üşütmedi. Bu yüzden üzerimize bir kazak yeterli idi. Earth Tones denilen tonları her daim çok sevmişimdir bu sebeple bu sevgimi bu postumda doya doya yaşadım diyebilirim. Sevmeniz dileğiyle :)

Just Like My Dad

Hı guys! I decided to put up a style post with the coming of ridicilous weather. I know, my friends are sick of the fisherman coat that I stole from my dad and wear all the time but it's so cute and I guess I won't take if off for a while. İt keeps you warm even though it's thin. Merhaba arkadaşlar! Saçma sapan havaların gelmesiyle bir stil postu ekleyeyim dedim. Biliyorum arkadaşlarım artık babamdan çaldığım ve hergün giydiğim balıkçı montumdan bıktılar fakat o kadar tatlı ki ben ondan bir süre daha vazgeçmeyeceğim. İnce olmasıyla beraber aynı zamanda üşümemenizi de sağlıyor. Kumaşından olsa gerek. Sizlere veda ederken güneşli ve iyi bir haftasonu diliyorum! :)

Blogger Bazaar #5 Ardından!

I guess 23th March was a really exticing day for me and other 42 blogger. We opened our stand and started to wait for our followers and costumers. I honestly thought Lütfi Kırdar Convention And Exhibition building was great for that kind of event. It was a big, organized area. But the most important it was big but not empty! The event that was sponsored by Radikal.comtr, Bonvagon, BellaMola.com started a little bit distressed for me. Because I was thinking I was gonna mark an era in sales and marketing and couldn't sell something for the first 4 hour! But then it got better with my mom's visit and I left the event with a good amount of money. I can actually summarize the day as 'I made good money and also good friendships' :)

Sanıyorum ki benimle beraber 42 blogger için 23 Mart Pazar günü çok heyecanlıydı. Blogger Bazaar'da tezgahlar açılmış, takipçiler ve müşteriler beklenilmeye başlanmıştı. Ben açıkcası Lütfi Kırdar Kongre Ve Sergi Saray'ının bunun için harika bir yer olduğunu düşündüm. Büyük bir alandı, düzenliydi en önemlisi büyüktü fakat boş değildi! Radikal.com.tr, Bonvagon, BellaMola.com gibi sponsorların eşliğinde düzenlenen etkinlik benim için birazcık sıkıntılı başladı aslında. Çünkü satış ve pazarlama alanında bir çığır açacağımı düşünürken ilk 4 saat hiç birşey satamadım! Sonra annemin mini bir ziyaretiyle işler yoluna girdi ve güzel rakamlı bir kazanç ile mekandan ayrıldım. Günü şu şekilde özetleyebilirim aslında. 'Hem para hem güzel dostluklar kazandım' :)

Uzun lafın kısası; tanışmak, ucuz alışveriş yapmak ve harika zaman geçirmek için sizi oraya bekliyorum :)

The Dangerous Duo

Günümüzde kanserin bile neredeyse çözümü bulunmuşken hala en basit şeylerin bile çözümü bulunmamıştır. Mesela siyah ve lacivert nasıl giyilir? Ben bunu size kendi gözlemlerime dayanarak biraz anlatmaya çalışacağım. Bence eğer siyah ve lacivert bir arada kullanılacaksa en göze batan, en ilgi çekici parça lacivert olmalıdır. Çünkü siyah her zaman direk gözün ayırt edebildiği bir tondur. Örneğin elbise lacivert ve diğer parçalar siyah olursa giydiğiniz elbisenin lacivert olduğu direk anlaşılır. Size resimlerle göstereceğim örneklemelerle ne demek istediğimi zaten anlayacaksınız :)

Today even cancer's solution was almost found but there is still not solution for minor things. Kind of like how to wear navy blue & black together? I'm gonna try to tell you based on my observations. I think if you're gonna wear navy blue and black at the same time, navy blue has to be the piece that is the most noticable and interesting one. Because black tones are always very recognizable but navy blue is not. For example wear a navy blue dress and wear the other things black. Then people will be able to see that it's navy blue. You are gonna understand what I'm talking about by the pics that I'll share with you :)

My Dreams Are Sky Blue

Bugün benim için baya değişik bir gün aslında. Sabahın en erken saatlerinde uyandırılıp sonra uyuyakalıp öğleden sonra uyanmak biraz dengemi sarstı diyebilirim. Bu yüzden kendimi toparlamak için direk dışarı çıktım arkadaşımla. Giyinirken gökyüzüne baktım birden ve dedim ki 'Ne kadar garip hiç ucu bucağı yok'. Tıpkı benim hayallerim gibi :) Bu yüzden havanın renginden etkilenip giyindim biraz bugün. Siyah giyindim altına ki ceketim gökyüzü gibi göze çarpsın diye. Tarzım da bundan ibaret zaten. Basic şeylerin üstüne renk veya tarz olarak birşeyleri patlatmak. Ayrıca fotoğraların kalitesi için üzgünüm. Bundan sonrakiler çok daha kaliteli olacak garantisini verebilirim :) Umarım beğenirsiniz!

Today was a very weird day for me actually. I was waken up very early in the morning then I fell asleep and woke up afternoon and it kind of shook me up a little bit. Therefore I went out to make my mind up with my friend. While I was dressing up I looked at the sky and thought 'How endless is sky'. Just like my dreams :) That's why I dressed up as a little bit influenced by the colour of the sky. I wore blacks underneath so my jacket would look as striking as the sky looks. My style is all about this anyway. Wearing an interesting colour or piece onto very simple, basic things and show it off. Also I'm sorry for the quality of the photos. But I can guarantee that next ones are gonna be awesome :) Hope you like it!

Like A Bee!

Bugün benim ve bloğum için özel bir gün aslında çünkü ilk stil postumu koyacağım :) Kendimce, kendi kelimelerimle stil postunun ne olduğunu açıklamak istiyorum. Bence stil postu; giydiğimiz şeylerin teker teker markasını yazmak değil, görüntü olarak insanlara fikir verebilmektir. Ayrıca malesef özellikle ülkemizde marka verildiği taktirde ortaya çıkan vahim durumları hepimiz bilmekteyiz. Sırf ucuz ve marka diye Mango, Koton, H&M ve Zara'dan giyinen bloggerlarımız sanırsınız bu markalardan çıkmıyor izlenimi yaratıyor. Benim bugünkü kombinime annem 'Fast-food restorantlarının açılışlarında dans eden tavuklara benziyorsun' diyor, ben ise daha çok 'Aaarı vız vız vız' diyorum! Umarım Beğenirsiniz! :)

Today it's a special day for me and my blog because I'm posting my first style post :) I wanna tell you guys what a style post is with my words. For me style post is not writing down brands that you wear, is giving ideas to people with your look. Also in Turkey its kinda sad that seeing bloggers are only buying things from Mango, Koton, H&M and Zara just because it's cheap and brand. İt kind of looks like they don't go out of those brands. About my combine, my mom said 'You look like the chicken dancers at the fast-food restaurant's openings', I say 'Buuzzzz buzzzz' much more! I hope you like it! :)

Milan Fashion Week - Versace

Ve gelelim Versace'ye! Versace kelimesini duyar duymaz bile içimi bir munzurluk kaplıyor, bir ellerimi ovuşturasım geliyor nedense. Galiba yeni gelen şey her ne ise fazla iyi olacağını bilmenin verdiği bir mutluluk olsa gerek bu. Tabii ki de inanılmaz güçlü bir sezon oldu Versace için. Benim farkettiğim geçen iki sezonun aksine biraz daha playful denilebilecek parçaların olmasıydı. Tipik Versace seksiliğinden çıkılmıştı. Çokça deri ve şerit detayı kullanılmıştı. Geriye kalan herşey bildiğimiz Versace çizgisi :) 

And let's talk about Versace! When I hear about Versace, suddenly I feel very wicked in a way. I guess it's the feeling of knowing the thing thats on the way is a good thing. Ofcourse it's been a ver powerful season for Versace. But the thing that I realized was it was more of a playful collection instead of sexy like the 2 previous collection. It came outta typical Versace sexyness. Lots of leather and stripes were used in the collecion. And the rest of it was the Versace line that we knew :)
